Description
To maintain optimal temperature and save energy, the top, back, sides, bottom and doors of this oven are all insulated with fiberglass. 201 stainless steel front, aluminized steel sides and top make cleaning, resilience and enhanced corrosion resistance easy.
The baking chamber is lined with aluminized steel and supported by a strong angle iron frame for increased durability.
The temperature range of the thermostat is about 400 degrees Celsius. To protect you and your employees, safety pilot valves, temperature control devices and main gas valves are located on the front of each device.
The dehumidification function ensures better food baking. It is equipped with a 2-door double lock to prevent the user from being injured by the gush. The built-in cooker boiler can generate a large amount of steam, which greatly helps cooking a variety of Chinese cuisine.
With automatic cleaning function, easy to clean. It is equipped with a standard water softener for washing water to prevent scaling and prolong service life.
